Welcome to 'Pictures from Peoria'

I was taking a look at someone else's blog and was impressed with the photography, some of them just simple snapshots folliage. I thought to myself, "Why not create a blog devoted to pictures taken in and around Peoria. It could be a group blog, whose members have privledged to use Picasa's Hello1 software to post picts they've taken and scanned and/or downloaded into their computers. Folks who don't want to do that can easilly e-mail them to me and I'll post them. I used to be one hell of a photographer, until my vision went to hell right after high school. But I'll try to make a submission or two, but I will need cooperation from fellow bloggers/photographers. I'm also looking for historical photographs, old family photographs, that sort of thing. I need submitters to include cutline information. Anyone who wants to join this exciting new blog, drop me a line and I'll reply with your username and password.
